The rooms were only okay for the price, but the food was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a prime spot where all the private buses start, and it was affordable. They helped with sightseeing and transport, arranged an early check-in, and stored our luggage after checkout. They were customer-friendly and gave us the support we needed.

We had paid for an extra day because we’d told the hotel a day ahead that our family would arrive around 5-6 AM, so being asked for early check-in charges was frustrating. We had to argue at reception just to get the room we’d already paid for. Even with our Agoda booking fully confirmed in advance, the hotel said our names weren’t on the guest list. Mr. Manish at reception was especially rude and arrogant, and the staff handled the situation unprofessionally instead of calmly sorting it out. There was no basic courtesy or hospitality, which made this a very disappointing experience when traveling with family. Management needs to train the staff and coordinate better with Agoda bookings. Based on this, I strongly would not recommend this hotel to families.

We spent two nights and one day at this hotel in Jaipur. The rooms have Rajasthani-style decor and are nicely decorated, and there’s a lift. Staff were good to us, and we had a good stay 😊.

Hot water was available only in the morning, and the hotel itself is fairly old. Still, the service was good and, for the price, it was a real bargain. The location was good too.
