The staff were good, but the room needs work. It felt cramped, the fan didn't work, and water wouldn't drain properly in the bathroom. The walls, especially in our room, were quite dirty. They should improve the amenities and staff overall.

Service was the biggest letdown at Hotel Silver Stay 04 in Jaipur. We waited three hours for a water bottle and got one only after calling reception several times. The room itself was just okay, nothing comfortable or impressive, and it didn't match the Agoda description. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect good service or a comfortable room.

The room was cramped and the hotel felt in poor condition. We found rats in our room and had to move to another one. The sheets were dirty and torn, and the bathroom taps leaked. Room service wasn't good either. Hygiene was practically nonexistent.

The hotel is in a peaceful location, and the staff were polite with good service. The rooms are spacious, but there were rats, so disinfectant spray is needed and the loose hole coverings need fixing. The sealing in many rooms also makes them look unattractive. It was a decent stay, though those issues should be addressed.

The staff were professional and very polite. A great place to stay in C scheme. Visit if you're in jaipur.
