The person who dealt with me was very nice, but the hotel wasn't worth what we paid. Another hotel had canceled my Agoda booking and its manager referred me here. The rooms looked good in the pictures, but weren't maintained well in person. The attached bathrooms weren't working properly and smelled bad, and the lift wasn't working either.

There's plenty of room in the parking area and backyard lawn, and the food is good. The staff were very helpful and did their best to make us comfortable. It's kid friendly, and I'd choose this hotel when traveling with family and small children.

For a budget friendly stay, the clean, well-kept rooms are good value. The location makes getting around easy: it's right on the main road and very close to Amer Fort, which was convenient for sightseeing. I had a pleasant stay and would call it a good option for comfort at a reasonable price.

The property felt poorly maintained, and even keeping luggage safe felt questionable. The washroom mirrors were broken, the telecom lines didn't work, and service quality was poor. The stay was highly inconvenient, and I expected better.

The bed sheets were dirty, with hairs on them, and there was garbage wrapping left behind by the previous guest. The mirror and switch boards were broken, and paint was coming off the walls. The services were really bad, nowhere near what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel. Cleaning was a nightmare. My personal experience was terrible.
