The room was spacious, but there was little else worth praising. I booked through OYO for my father, with breakfast included, yet the kitchen wasn’t operating. The receptionist was unprofessional and initially refused to provide breakfast. After I reminded him repeatedly, he served poha. I didn’t expect this from OYO, which used to be known for quality service. Not recommended.
The room was nicely furnished and designed, with a pleasant ambience and good security. Staff were cooperative and behaved well. It’s in a main area of Jaipur where you can access all the resources, and room prices are very affordable.
The price is pocket friendly, but the AC wasn’t cooling. The bathroom was very small, even in the suite, and the commode was in bad shape despite being new. The jet spray leaked. Still, the rate is good, so it’s not bad overall.
Rooms were clean, fresh, and good, and the room service was quick. The menu didn’t have anything except breakfast.
A clean, nice hotel in a prime location, with supportive and cooperative staff. Just don’t go in with high expectations.
