We booked three nights here with my parents, and the stay was awful. This is presented on Airbnb as a homestay, but the hosts and co-hosts are FabHotels employees. I want to call out Kalpana and Shalu in particular. The listing said there'd be a cupboard for clothes, but there wasn't one in any room. When I raised it with Kalpana, she argued instead of owning the mistake. It took two days of back and forth with her and Airbnb before she moved one into my room. One night I came back and found the kettle wasn't working. I called Shalu, who casually told me to adjust, and was rude, saying she couldn't help because I hadn't called her first. It was cold, and I had no hot drinking water. There was no security or camera coverage at the property, and anyone could come and go. We were told to leave our slippers outside, and mine were gone when I returned. Kalpana said the cameras weren't working. The listing never said there'd be no caretaker, but no one was around to help at night. On Airbnb this is listed as employee-run homestay accommodation, not a hotel. I found the place pathetic and the people rude and unserious. I suspect the reviews here and on Airbnb are from employees and their friends, and I'd avoid this property on any platform.

FAKE, NON-OPERATIONAL PROPERTY ALERT. I booked FabHotel Prism Homestay, Jaipur through MakeMyTrip when it was listed there. At arrival, the staff refused check-in, saying they no longer operated under that name and every room was full. I was left stranded at the last minute, with stress, financial loss, and disruption to my trip. It's very disappointing that a fake or non-operational property appeared on MMT. The staff simply turned me away and said there were no rooms. I expect a trusted platform like MakeMyTrip to verify listings. Incidents like this damage trust and disrupt travel. Be careful to avoid the same last-minute trouble.

The room had all the luxury amenities described in the listing, exactly as promised, and nobody in our group had any issues. We had a very good stay. I highly recommend this property.

The rooms were spacious, with a nice balance of grandeur and comfort. High ceilings, chandeliers, and artwork gave the place a timeless feel, while the regal colors, rich fabrics, and detailed furniture made the interiors look like a king's palace. Staying here felt like a royal dream. A gem if you're after luxury with a royal atmosphere.

The room and its look were really cool, and the facilities were top notch. For the price, the stay felt legendary. There's no kitchen, so bring your own food or order online. I'd recommend it for friends or family.
