Libra Lords Inn Jaipur

The room at Lord's inn Udaipur was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a king-sized bed that was incredibly comfortable. We got the best sleep, and the location made it easy to explore. The front desk, especially Anish verma sir, and the restaurant team were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our stay was fantastic from beginning to end. I recommend everyone stay in lords.

By the second day, after we'd spent money on breakfast and dinner, the problems had really piled up. There was no buttermilk with the food, and the garlic bread was just heated bread served with garlic. We even found a wire from a dishwashing brush in the rice. There were other issues too. There were six of us staying for three days. The hospitality on the first day was very good, but since we'd booked ahead, we had to stay in Paran. There wasn't enough drinking water in the room, and we had to keep asking. It felt like begging. After five calls they brought just two small bottles. This is a place you shouldn't go to even for free.

The hotel's rooms, amenities, cleanliness, and fresh linens were all excellent. Check-in and checkout were quick. The restaurant food was good too, but the service there was zero. When we asked for our bill, the person at the counter was more focused on teaching his subordinates billing than giving it to us. In the end, we had to ask him to add it to our room so we could leave. Service elsewhere was negligible too, and no one offered to help with our luggage.

Vaishali and Anurag were a pleasure, always there in the breakfast area with a smile, no matter how many times we asked them for something. The hotel was clean, the service exceptional, and the location opposite a few malls was perfect.
