Worst service. No bedsheets or pillows, and they'd say everything was out of stock. They refilled water bottles in front of customers. There was no dental kit, and the toilets weren't properly clean. Worst hotel I've seen, please don't waste your money here 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We couldn't sleep at all because they held a party with loud music until 2am. When we complained, staff said there was nothing they could do. Jaipur was fully booked that day because it was a long weekend, so we had no choice but to stay. The staff were horrible and very rude, and the rooms weren't very clean either. It's also far from the city centre and airport. Horrible management, please don't stay.

Very happy with Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, who gave full support. All the members were nice, and we had a nice, safe stay with family.

The manager who handled check-in was helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We came from Udaipur on a private bus and reached around 12:30 PM. We had booked three rooms for our family trip, and he helped bring in our luggage and an extra mattress. But it was clear there was a communication gap, since staff didn't seem aware of our booking details. We stayed on the first floor. Breakfast was disappointing, with average-tasting food and the same limited choices repeated all three days. The restaurant staff seemed inattentive, and we had to follow up several times for basics like tissues and spoons. On checkout day, they called us repeatedly to have breakfast before 10, even though the usual time was 11. It felt like they wanted us out early. When I asked why, they said management had ordered an early closing, which didn't seem like a valid reason. There weren't proper tea cups, and when we asked, a staff member told us to use a paper cup. We explained that it wasn't convenient for dipping bread, but he said, "What is the problem in using Paper Cup, Adjust and eat, we do not have staff to clean the cup". When they made fresh tea, I asked for extra sugar because their regular tea tasted sugarless, but the staff member ignored me and made it the usual way. At checkout, the manager asked for a review. When I asked what sort he wanted, he replied that I could write whatever I wanted and it didn't matter to them :). I don't know why they ask for reviews. I'd give two stars only because of the helpful check-in manager and clean rooms, otherwise it would be one star or less. I'll never recommend Hotel Lighthouse to anyone.
