Their Dal Tadka was the highlight for me, with that comforting, authentic home-cooked flavor. It’s unusual to find food this good with such a homely touch in a hotel. Service was prompt and professional, and the staff were very hospitable. Definitely worth a visit.

What made this stay stand out was the warm, professional team. We felt welcome and well looked after, and housekeeping was courteous and quick to respond. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up, so it was easy to relax. The kitchen and restaurant staff deserve a mention too: the food was tasty, nicely presented, and offered good variety. The F&B Managers, chefs, and serving staff were polite and accommodating, and took care with our dietary preferences. We’d gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

I spent a week at Urban Suites and felt the management had paid close attention to making the stay a good one. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was tasty, especially the masala level, which was just right and easy on my stomach. A special mention to the chef and to restaurant staff Renuka and Devender, who were prompt and had a great attitude. Hemlata was friendly too, and even the security guard was kind. I’d stay here on a holiday or work trip.

The rooms are spacious and really nice. Mine was basically a large 1 RK, with a mini fridge and high-tech amenities. At this price in Jaipur, I don’t think you can get much else, and although the location is on the outskirts, it’s worth trying. At Hotel Urban Suits by Bluslazz, check-in was smooth and the staff made me feel welcome right away. My room was spotless, modern, and carefully designed, with everything working properly. The bed was very comfortable, and the prompt service and attention to detail stood out whenever I needed help. I had a fantastic stay and would choose it again on my next visit.
