There isn't any covered parking, which is a big drawback. Customer satisfaction was only average, and the service needs work, including providing towels and bathroom basics like tissue paper. The room needs restoration and renovation, especially the bathroom taps.
I booked Hotel green vista a day before arriving, only to find out at the location that it had been closed for at least a month. We were told it had been charged for some illegal work, with a case registered under rajasthan police. To be honest, this was very upsetting.
The property is new, and its facilities are good. They didn't provide water, towels, or toiletries for free, but I understood those were available on request. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful, and I have no regrets.
The poor facilities and weak management caused visitors a lot of problems.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. You have to pay for drinking water, and the so-called complimentary breakfast was just tea and a biscuit. The room hadn't been turned over properly: the commode and bedding were dirty, the soap hadn't been replaced, and the light connections were short-circuited. On top of that, the owner recently changed, so the new owner may not have your reservation details or money. My reservation might not even have been confirmed. Worst stay of my life.
