The rooms were spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and well located, but the misleading listing was hard to overlook. We booked and paid for three rooms as advertised. A few hours after check-in, once we were settled, the Manager said the price covered just one room and demanded extra payment. Since we'd entered three guests, he expected us to share one or two rooms instead. He apparently thought guests should message him to confirm what the listing says. The breakfast listing should say it costs extra, and the kitchen was also only available for an added fee. We had to ask for towels, soap, and toilet paper. The bed was hard as concrete, and the shower barely dribbled water with no pressure.

Please don't stay here. The sheets were dirty, like they hadn't been changed after the last guest, and room service was very poor. It felt like they only cared about making money. @OYO should distance itself from this hotel if it wants to protect its name.

Watch out for extra charges. They overcharge for water and tea, and collect breakfast money twice, first through Oyo bookings and then in cash at reception when you check out. Maybe Oyo lets this happen too, since customer support sides with the hotel instead of helping guests.

The room and washroom were dirty, there was no hot water, and the owner didn't respond when we complained. This didn't match the Oyo standard I've seen in other cities. I'd only stay if there were no other options.

The rooms are small, and there's no restaurant at this small Oyo contracted hotel, so food has to be ordered from outside. The AC runs but doesn't cool the room. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't willing to compromise.
