They have a practice involving rickshaw drivers that left me concerned. If you arrive from the station by rickshaw, there seems to be a commission arrangement, and you may pay extra for no reason. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and the old, poorly maintained property had unclean rooms and inadequate basic facilities. It was a very bad experience and nowhere near worth the money. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The manager was rude, there were no services available, and the hygiene was awful. The bathroom smelled pungent and was disgusting. Both the sheets and blankets were stained and torn. We arrived because of tie-ups with auto drivers, otherwise we wouldn't have gone there. Worst hotel I've stayed at.

Cockroaches were roaming around the bed, and the manager was so rude while the staff wouldn't cooperate. They seem focused on making money without providing facilities. Sabse bekaar hotel. I'd never recommend staying here.

A good, reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms. The location is also handy, in the center and near the bus stand and railway station.

The place feels old and poorly looked after, and the staff were rude and didn’t treat guests properly. There also seems to be some commission arrangement with rickshaw drivers: if you come from the station with them, you end up paying more. I’d strongly advise against booking here.
