The staff behavior was bad, and they charged me too much for poor service. I was alone in a single room for one night and paid 1800rs. I’d have been happy to pay if the service had been good, but this was wrong. I hope the hotel closes because of the staff. I don’t think the owner knows they’re taking money this way.

The service was pathetic, and the Wi-Fi was so bad I had to use my own data. The roof was damaged, the rooms were very old, and the bathroom had no geyser. Its door was broken too. The owner charged for three people but gave us a bed for two, so all three of us had to squeeze onto the small bed.

Poor atmosphere and very rude treatment of guests. Mr prakash, the owner, called at 4.45 am to wake me up for checkout, then they forced us to leave at 5.30 am even though we had two ladies with us. When I asked to stay until 8 am, he charged me a full day’s room rent for the extra 2.5 hours. Mr khan, the manager, didn’t know how to respond to guests. The hotel and its policies are poor. I suggest everyone avoid it.

I stayed for one day during my rajsthan trip and paid 1000rs without gst. The room was nice, but the TV had no channels, the AC was a window unit, and the bathroom had no hot water connection. I’d give it 3.5 out of 5.
