We’d paid in full on the OYO site for rooms at this flagship hotel while still in another state. When we arrived at 1 am, they refused to check either of us in. We were left out on the road in Jaipur from 1 am to 3 am. It felt like a cruel, outright cheat, especially to visitors from another state. May God curse you for what you did to us. Everyone, beware and don’t get cheated.
Please don’t go to this property in malviya nagar. The AC didn’t work, and there wasn’t an AC remote either. When we asked for Wi-Fi, they said only 20 gb was left and they couldn’t give it to us. The TV didn’t work properly, so I’d avoid the place.
The hotel rooms were nice.
A comfortable place to stay, with good service.
