I wouldn't suggest this hotel to families or anyone looking for a decent stay. The service was poor, and both the room and bathroom were dirty. The bed had hair and wet patches, as if a couple had just used the room, and the dustbin hadn't been emptied.

Mandeep from the OYO team helped us move to a nearby hotel, and I'm grateful for that. We had booked this place for August 27-28, left our luggage in the room, and went out for work in Jaipur. When we returned around 11 pm, the power was out. Staff blamed a local electricity department outage, then said the power backup listed in the amenities had failed. In reality, there was no backup, while a hotel just 100 metres away had electricity and backup. After OYO moved our booking, the staff argued with us and wouldn't let us leave, even though we were dealing directly with OYO. The manager took the same side, and the staff wouldn't listen to the OYO representative on the phone either. We finally called local police, and the situation was resolved after they arrived. It cost us the whole night, from 11 pm to 4 am, and the staff also argued with me and my friend and behaved badly toward us. The listed amenities seem fake, and I don't trust the positive reviews or star rating. This was a terrible experience, and I don't think the hotel deserves even one star.

They charge 1200 for a night or 1500 for a full day. I don't recommend this hotel at all, and it deserves zero stars. These people are beggars and, as far as I know, aren't associated with OYO anymore. I think all the positive reviews are fake.

Room service was available whenever I needed it. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay.

The staff acted like they wanted to fight. There's no parking, and the receptionist was very bad. I had booked through OYO, but he wanted extra money and told me to call OYO before he'd talk to me. He said OYO was foolish to offer an 800-rupee room. Please don't come here.
