I booked three rooms through Agora and paid, but the owner wouldn't let us in unless we paid another 3000. I never got my money back, and customer care was no help. My family and I spent the whole night worried, with the money gone to waste. Don't put fake deals in your app. Agora is the worst app in the world.

There's no kitchen or room service, so you have to order from nearby restaurants, and parking for four wheelers is limited. The rooms were very untidy. It's a very low-budget hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

They wouldn't let me check in, saying they couldn't provide a room at the price I'd booked. When I asked Oyo about it, I got useless replies. If Oyo can't arrange properties at the advertised price, it shouldn't post those tempting rates. This is fraud. Oyo is one of the worst hotel service providers.

The manager and staff treated us well, and the rooms were clean and good. The price was affordable, and I had a pleasant stay.

I went to a reception here and thought the service from Komal guest house was superb. The ambiance was lovely, and I really enjoyed the place. It seems like a good choice for a party.
