Our rooms were in Kalyan on the ground floor, even though the hotel was called Krishna and was on the first floor. The rooms were dirty and the TV didn't work. Room service was good, but while we were out during the day, some food items were taken from our luggage.

The comments had me thinking I'd picked the wrong place, but my stay turned out the other way. I can't say if the management changed, though I had a good experience. It's not a luxury place, but for this price range it's a good option 😊.

I booked through Agoda, but they refused to check us in and wanted twice the amount. There was no phone, towel, or toiletries, and what they brought after I asked wasn't in good condition. I asked for food and got the menu only after checkout. Never again. I'd rather stay at a Dharmshala or rain basera.

I'd say this place suits solo travelers best, not families. There's a boys' PG behind the guesthouse. The food is okay, nothing special, and the service was pretty much absent when I was there, through mid-2019. It wasn't bad, though.

A really unsettling stay. The room and washroom weren't cleaned, and when we brought up the cleanliness, the staff started arguing. Bad experience.
