I arrived late at night with my family on the check-in date. I called the hotel, and someone answered and asked us to wait while they checked, but they never opened the door. After that, they stopped answering my calls. I'd already paid the full amount in advance, and after cancelling I got no refund at all.
2/10
The food they served was completely burnt, and they charged us the full price for it. I stayed one day, and the place was awful: no hygiene and extremely small washrooms. Don't make your decision based on the photos. I wouldn't choose this hotel for even a minute.

Rainwater was getting into the room through the peeling walls, and almost every wall had paan gutaka stains. The rooms were in a terrible state. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
10/10
The hotel is a long way from any prime address, but it was neat and clean, and all the services were running well. I had a nice stay.

The breakfast was superb, and the location was great. The staff were helpful too, especially the room manager mr.navneet, who had a great attitude.
