OYO Flagship 76606 Arihant Palace

The food was good at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the services they provided were really welcoming. The receptionist and other workers were well behaved. The hotel is close to the railway station but far from Sanganer airport, and it’s on vanasthali marg. The room cleanliness, AC, and other facilities were good. They also provide rooms through oyo services and are friendly to unmarried couples.

The workers were very good, but the hotel owner didn’t give clearance about the room. First he said there would be hot water, and after we paid, we asked for water in the morning and were told there was no hot water. The reception asked for money after we checked out. Please don’t trust this hotel.

I booked through the oyo app for 750Rs, but the receptionist or manager refused to give me a room, saying the hotel was full. After I showed the booking, he said a room was available but wanted 1200 for just 8 hours. It was night and I had nowhere else to go, so I had to take it and check out early in the morning. There was no service, water, towel, or soap. I asked for at least a water bottle and got only that. The bedsheets, mattresses, and bathroom were dirty, and the AC didn’t work. I had a terrible experience at hotel arihant palace and wouldn’t recommend booking a room here.

After booking, they asked for extra payment after checkout, and the way they treated customers was awful. They don’t know how to speak to people. It wasn’t worth the money, and I didn’t feel there was any safety or security. I wouldn’t give this place even one star. Don’t go here.
