The rooms were decent, but the staff’s behavior was completely rude. Check-in involved a lot of drama, especially for women. They gave me just one towel, the bathrooms weren’t clean, and there was no Wi-Fi. Getting anything took repeated calls. If you ask for two bottles of water, they give you one and say they’ll provide more only after you return it. OYO should remove hotels like this from its list.

The staff were cooperative and the service was good. I’d forgotten my charger and power bank, and they lent me a charger. The hotel is in a location with access to proper food, parking, and other facilities. It’s part of the OYO chain. For a first booking, rooms are offered at 499 rupees a day, with several options to choose from based on location and facilities. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

The door handles weren’t working properly either. There’s no Wi-Fi, the food is poor quality, and they won’t let you order online. I’d give it zero out of ten if I could. I paid 547 rupees online through the OYO app, but when I arrived the hotel said its charge was 999 rupees and I had to pay the difference. They told me to call OYO customer care. I tried several times and got no answer, so unfortunately I paid the extra amount for no reason. Why did they charge me more?
