The pictures bore no resemblance to what we found. The staff were rude, and although our check-in was at 11 a.m. and we had booked two rooms, they said nothing was available and made us wait until 3 p.m. The rooms and bedsheets were filthy, there was no water in the room, and we found cockroaches. A very bad experience.

The manager seemed focused on money and refused to honor our paid booking. This place isn’t suitable for families. Worst hotel.

The room was really bad, and there’s no backup power. Don’t stay here.
