Padmaa Jaipur

The food, coffee, and mocktails were all so good, and Monika, Mohit, Devram ji, and the whole team made us feel cared for. They made my birthday feel personal and thoughtful, which made the stay especially memorable. Padmaa has an intimate feel, with lots of character and a beautiful restoration. Its heritage and atmosphere capture Jaipur and Rajasthani hospitality so well. I came home with a camera roll full of lovely moments and hope to return someday. Had the best time at Padmaa 🤍

We felt as if the staff were welcoming us into their own home. They were professional and dedicated, and seemed focused on making guests happy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and authentic. This quaint hotel occupies a former aristocratic mansion nearly 300 years old, in the heart of Jaipur’s historic old city. We’ll definitely stay there again when we return, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The restaurant staff took time to explain the dishes and guide us through enjoying our thali meal, which made our last dinner especially memorable. We also liked the signature cocktails. Padmaa’s decor feels carefully put together, and its restaurant and bar menu is excellent. The staff were kind and the service was great, making the mix of heritage and luxury feel special. It exceeded our expectations.

Getting to the haveli takes a little arranging, since cars can’t enter the old town, but the hotel sends a rickshaw to meet you outside the gates. Once inside, it feels calm and peaceful, a striking change from the lively streets outside. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. Our traditional-style room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and good toiletries. We ate at the hotel restaurant on two of the three nights; the food was delicious, hot, and nicely presented. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We’ll recommend the haveli to friends and family visiting Jaipur.
