Pearl Palace Heritage

The dining room has books to browse, and the food from the sister restaurant "peacock" was really good. There are so many dishes on the menu that three days wouldn’t be enough to try them all. Mr. Satinder Pal Singh is very humble, and the staff were helpful and kind. Hotel Pearl Palace Heritage feels like a taste of royalty, and stands out from the crowded city despite its great location. It’s an affordable stay with a luxury feel, a good choice for travellers.

The staff were the nicest we met anywhere in India, and the laundry service was both quick and inexpensive. We stayed for two nights and had a really nice time. Breakfast came from an outside place, but it arrived fresh and on time, so we could make our early appointment. The sister hotel’s restaurant, peacock, was truly exceptional. The colourful, distinctive rooms could use some deeper cleaning and a few upgrades. The hair dryer, mini-fridge, shelves above the bed, lamps, and bedside table felt a bit sticky or dusty. Even with that, our stay was fantastic.

We had a minor air conditioning problem caused by a technical issue. The staff dealt with it straight away and offered us another room, though they fixed it quickly and we didn’t end up moving. The reception team and manager were especially friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel was clean, decorated in a colourful traditional style, and full of thoughtful details. We’d definitely recommend it for the warm hospitality and service.

The bed was the most comfortable one we had on our whole trip in India, and breakfast was really tasty. We loved our quiet stay here and the hotel’s interior design is stunning. We’d definitely come back.
