Pink Pearl Resort and Fun City

Dinner wasn’t available at the hotel, and room service was poor. The pool area had no towels or changing room. When the power went out, there was no automatic backup. Chokha Punjab was even worse for dinner. The gym had very few books and not a single chair to sit and relax in, and there were no chairs for playing ludo, carrom, or chess.

We had a great time here with friends. Pink Pearl is a lovely waterpark, clean inside, with a nice atmosphere and a good location, though it’s a little outside Jaipur. There are good arrangements for food and drinks, and the swimming pool and marriage player were both very nice.

It’s busy, especially on weekends, and weekend and weekday prices are different. The hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm, and some of the smaller slides are permanently closed, though I don’t know why. You can enjoy a visit with family or friends, but the extra fee to deposit footwear and clothes didn’t feel reasonable, and the washroom area wasn’t hygienic. The experience was okay overall.

The food was disappointing, with very few breakfast choices and average taste. Service was also very slow. In the rooms, the shampoo and handwash containers were empty, and the bathroom didn’t have a proper water drainage system. There’s an issue with senior leadership.
