Rajasthali Resort and Spa

The manager was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated, but our arrival was confusing because nobody gave us proper information. The hut-style rooms have tent roofs and were very cold in winter, with poor sound insulation and little comfort. The spa was loud rather than relaxing, and the showers were cold. Food was passable, though nothing memorable. The place has potential, but the rooms, spa, and welcome need substantial improvement.

The service team was responsive and the staff were genuinely welcoming, but the room quality fell well short of the five-star label. My bathroom door was broken, the glassware and bottles weren't clean, and the room's hygiene didn't seem right for the price. I travel to many hotels as a creator, and I judge them by how room quality, service, and cost line up. Here, service felt five-star while the room was closer to three. Better maintenance and room checks could help Rajasthali Resort and Spa live up to its potential.

That New Year's Eve party was so well organized, with a great live band and DJ, premium drinks from well-known brands, and a really nice crowd. The food was perfect, honestly, and I can't think of a flaw. We came with family, and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, while management was kind, understanding, and accommodating. We live in Dubai and are used to high hospitality standards, but Rajasthali Resort showed us that India can deliver that same world-class experience. We loved it and would recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable stay, including a great restaurant and in-room dining experience. Vikash at the front desk was efficient and even arranged a complimentary upgrade, while Kishan and Murari were prompt and courteous. There was a corporate event going on, yet the staff still made sure we got attention and listened to feedback. I'd recommend it.
