Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and it felt safe and almost family-like. The property is nice and the pool is good. Rooms are roomy, with okay beds, though they could use an upgrade and a bit more care when being cleaned.

Quiet location, well away from main road noise, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. I had a lovely stay, and the staff were so helpful, especially Prithvi. When we asked for shade, he even arranged a sun umbrella by the pool. I'd definitely come back.

The location is great, and the hotel looks beautiful from the outside; the outdoor facilities and pool are good too. Inside, though, my room wasn't very clean, and I had to ask for basics like drinking water and a dental kit because they hadn't been placed there. Service was slow, and it took two calls to get water bottles. The cups were stained and the glasses had marks. I paid 460 for breakfast, but it didn't feel worth that price. Still, I'd call the stay reasonable and above average overall.

The kids loved the swimming pool, and I got some great business photos at the property. Staff were courteous and kept checking on me when I was unwell. They even let us stay past checkout time and asked how they could help me feel better. The food was okay. I'd suggest trying restaurants outside, like Tapri, but please don't eat the golgappas there, I got food poisoning.
