The washroom was dirty, the shower didn't work, and there was no dental kit or soap from the hotel. The AC wasn't working, and the TV set-top box showed an inactive account. Staff also misbehaved with the team. The experience was the worst ever.

The staff behaved commendably and the rooms were pleasant, but hospitality overall was lacking. The container rooms were nice; the tent rooms aren't suited to winter. We couldn't get hot water, and the food was average. The resort is far from Jaipur city, with no public transport to the market. Uber, Ola, Zomato, and Swiggy also aren't available there.

The service and hygiene were very poor. The room was very dirty, and so was the comforter. The bathroom was unclean, had a working issue, and its door wouldn't close properly. The AC didn't work properly either. There was no dental kit or shaving kit, and room service and dining weren't working. There was no water on the breakfast table. I've shared these very poor, dirty conditions. Don't book this hotel...!!!

I enjoyed my stay, and the food was good. The staff were friendly, and Mr. Arban Sharma (General Manager) was always supportive. I'd recommend this place.
