The room looked like someone had tried to make the place attractive, but it clearly wasn’t being maintained. The curtain was coming away at the side, the bathroom had no glass partition, and its door didn’t fit properly. There were no toiletries, even after I asked. Room service was the worst I’ve experienced, and they even charge for a glass.

We booked two rooms for two nights, December 13 to 15, 2019, and had a terrible stay. The booking website, Make my Trip, showed the wrong location, so don’t rely on the Google Maps link or IP address sent after booking. The hotel has no parking of its own, and the reception and rooms 604, 605, 606, and 618 were poorly lit. Our rooms smelled bad and had little ventilation. Several door locks were jammed. A woman in our group was stuck in a room for a few minutes, and staff already knew about the problem. We saw the same issue in three rooms. Basic supplies were missing too: no toilet paper or kettles, and the landlines didn’t work. When we asked for drinking water, they gave us opened bottles without glasses. Cleanliness was poor. A used condom wrapper had been left on the lobby floor for hours, and the restaurant table wasn’t clean. There were dead plants at reception. Breakfast was bad and limited to two options, with no water available in the restaurant. The staff seemed untrained.

I was traveling with my wife and our seven-year-old daughter, and after a month-old booking through OYO, we were refused check-in. The staff insisted on my wife's original Aadhar card, even though she had a PDF downloaded from UID and her original PAN card. I also downloaded the card from Digi locker at reception, but they wouldn’t even look at the PDF. I had my own original Aadhar card. We were left without anywhere to check in, which was really disappointing. We traveled to Udaipur, Pushkar, and Jodhpur with the same documents and had no trouble. The admin people were arrogant and behaved terribly. Families should stay away from this place.

The hotel seemed better than I expected when I arrived, but that feeling didn’t last. I stayed two days, and the service was pathetic: no room cleaning, and the staff weren’t cooperative. They offered complimentary breakfast, but said their breakfast only started after 8:30, despite the listed hours being 6:00-9:00 AM.
