The one thing that could be better is the crèche room. It needs to be cleaner and staffed more reliably, since we had to wait several times. The play area could also be larger and more central, as many families visit. Aside from that, we had a relaxing, memorable stay. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and Shreya coordinated everything and was incredibly helpful. The whole staff was welcoming, the property was beautiful and clean, and we felt at home. Special thanks to housekeeping, especially Mansi, Palak and Mahesh, who were extremely helpful and kept our rooms spotless. The food was delicious. I’d still definitely recommend this place.

The peaceful atmosphere and excellent hospitality made our stay memorable at Taj Devi Ratan Resort & Spa. It’s a beautiful, well-maintained property that combines comfort and luxury. Staff were courteous and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was excellent. I’d recommend it for leisure or business travel.

Housekeeping made a lovely, vibrant and colourful room decoration for my birthday, and it made the day amazing. Dilip from Housekeeping was incredibly helpful during our stay at Taj Devi Ratn Resort and Spa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to the kids. Thanks to Sristhi and Ashutosh for making the stay just what we wanted. Great ambience and an unforgettable family visit.

The service could use improvement. At check-in, the staff member seemed lost and kept asking about our reservation package instead of following a clear process. We had to ask for basics like meal times and locations rather than being told upfront. Later, getting pillows changed took two hours and involved coordinating with several staff and managers. Still, this is a great, quiet property away from the busy city, with a huge, well-maintained campus. Vyom, the multicuisine restaurant, serves delicious food, especially Rajasthani dishes and Asian delicacies. A good place for a quick getaway.

We went to Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa for dinner and had a wonderful time. The property looks stunning, with an ambience that suits a relaxed, premium meal. Every dish was full of flavour, well prepared, and beautifully presented. Mr. Arun was courteous and attentive all evening, taking great care of us and making sure everything was right. His warm hospitality and eye for detail lifted the experience. Looking forward to visiting again.
