The Jewels Resorts and Spa

I went to my sister in law’s wedding at jewel resort yesterday, and the service was incredibly fast. We’d call and get help within seconds, faster than even a seven star hotel, yar. The property is very nice and the rooms are good, so I highly recommend it. Just to be clear, this isn’t a paid or promotional review. They deserved the appreciation.

We had our marriage celebration on January 17 and 18, and it was a superb experience. Since our bus was coming from outside jaipur, the ample parking space for it was useful. The hotel has a big ground and a superb banquet, and the rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained. Customer service and management were really good.

The hotel had a great atmosphere, and my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the amenities were up to the mark, and the staff were cooperative and quick to respond. I’d love to come back.

We stayed here from February 24 to February 26, 2026. They call a mini room a “Villa”, really? On day one the intercom didn’t work, and the helpline was switched off. I got a number from Google and had to call three times. On the last call, I asked if I had to email just to get a water bottle. It finally arrived after 41 minutes. The next day, there was no shampoo or towel in the room, so I had to call three times again. Then there was the food. A manager named Lalit argued unnecessarily, the food quality was the worst, and he didn’t even know how to speak to guests. Such unprofessional behavior, talking to us with “tu-tu”. Worst experience ever.
