The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, a nice break from busy tourist areas. There’s room to enjoy calm mornings and evenings, and several good photo spots if you like heritage backdrops. The old palace architecture has plenty of character, with traditional details that reflect the region’s royal history. Walking its corridors and open spaces feels like stepping back in time. My stay was pleasant overall. Staff were courteous and helpful, and responded politely to requests. Rooms are spacious and fairly comfortable, though some fittings and furnishings are aged and could be better maintained. Cleanliness was generally fine, but more attention to detail would help. Meals were satisfactory, with decent taste and quality, but the menu is limited and may not suit someone looking for lots of choice. Service during meals is unhurried, in keeping with the relaxed feel of the place. Kapji Palace has heritage charm, peaceful grounds, and decent hospitality. It isn’t modern luxury, and maintenance and facilities could improve, but it still makes for a pleasant, memorable stay. I’d give it 7 stars out of ten.

The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food tasted great, and both quality and service were outstanding. A wonderful experience, I’d definitely visit again. Rajveer Singh jodhpur

The miniature train is the restaurant’s main attraction, but it derailed and got stuck, leaving the staff to bring our food by hand and causing major delays. The food itself was terrible. I’d been looking forward to celebrating my birthday here with family, so the whole visit was really frustrating. A fun idea doesn’t help when it breaks down and the food tastes bad.

I attended a social program here. The banquet hall worked well for a small gathering, and most of the food tasted good, though not every item did.

The train-themed food service made dining memorable, especially if you’re a train lover. Food comes in a train-style setup, which gives the hotel a distinctive touch. My room view was amazing too, with trains passing by, and I found it relaxing. I’m staying at Hotel Kapji Place now, and it’s been an excellent experience. The room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the basic amenities working. Housekeeping comes regularly and the cleanliness is impressive. Staff are polite, supportive, and welcoming, and room service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I’m very satisfied and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, a good view, and something a little different.
