The Sky Imperial Jaipur

The rooms and interiors were generally good, and the property is in a nice location. But poor service and basic management spoiled the stay. The staff seemed like decent people, though they didn’t appear properly trained and need better grooming and work management. Check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t vacant. The corridors had no AC and were extremely uncomfortable, with just one cooler for the whole floor. The play area was badly maintained, its AC didn’t work, and the table tennis rackets were broken. Basic comfort and hospitality were missing. A very disappointing stay, and I don’t recommend it at all.

The buffet was poorly managed and surprisingly stingy. Pineapple took several reminders, and when it finally came, the pieces were badly cut and there was very little. Even sugar sachets for tea and coffee were restricted. For our group’s need of 6-9 sachets, we got only 3-4, as if it were a favor, and we had to remind them about this too. Although complimentary water was included, we repeatedly asked for four bottles and received only two. Room service was almost nonexistent. Calls went unanswered, rooms weren’t cleaned, and even basic necessities were a struggle. Garbage was lying around, especially during a wedding at the property, yet no proper cleaning was done. The rooms and washrooms were dirty, unhygienic, and badly maintained. Lights were hanging from the ceiling, and the bathroom shower didn’t work properly. Turning on the tap sent water out of the hand shower, overhead shower, and tap all at once, with no way to control or stop it. That made the bathroom inconvenient and unsafe to use. The exhaust fan didn’t work either, so there was no ventilation and it felt very uncomfortable. We expected a comfortable, luxurious stay like the photos suggested, but it turned into one of our worst hotel experiences. We had bookings at three properties from the same group, and all were poorly maintained. Service was extremely low quality and not worth the money. The whole experience was frustrating and far from luxurious. This group needs to improve cleanliness, service, and guest handling. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want peace of mind or a quality stay.

The location made getting around easy, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. My room was roomy, clean, and clearly well cared for. I had a really comfortable, peaceful stay at Sky Imperial Hotel and would happily recommend it.

Getting to the city from this Jaipur property took a lot of time because it’s so far out. The room, washroom, and room service were all poorly kept, and basic cleanliness and hygiene seemed to be ignored. The biggest disappointment was breakfast: it was advertised as a buffet, but they brought a very small selection to the table. That felt misleading and like needless cost-cutting. The actual facilities and the service after our stay didn’t match what had been promised. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
