The room itself was a letdown: dated, poorly kept, and not clean. The bedding seemed stale, the bathroom badly needed attention, and even basic amenities were missing or below standard. Staff were shockingly unhelpful and didn't seem to care about any concerns. It felt like guests were a nuisance instead of a priority. This place isn't worth the money or hassle, so I'd strongly suggest staying elsewhere.
The food tasted really bad, and the staff and management weren't up to the job. I checked out today feeling like I'd wasted my money. I wouldn't even give it one star. At those high prices, it feels more like a daramshala than a hotel, with no service or facilities.
After a long, tiring drive, I couldn't even find the hotel. The GPS directions were wrong and cost me a lot of time. Terrible.
For a very small budget, the service was excellent and suited what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Treebo services made this my best experience.
Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. A few small improvements could make it feel like heaven.
