The smoky smell from the BAR on the ground floor was there constantly. I booked for three days, but bad service and facilities forced me to change hotels. There were leaking water taps, a problem with the light socket, no bathroom facilities, and loose screws in the door locks. Don't rely on the room photos. Oyo gave us wrong information too.

I spent two days in Jaipur, and this hotel was a terrible experience. The staff were not good, the room and bathroom were unclean, water leaked through the bathroom ceiling, the AC didn’t work, and there was no charging socket holder. Food wasn’t available either. I booked four rooms online but was given only three. This place felt like a total fraud.

The reception manager was rude and had no manners when speaking to women and children. There was no one to help with luggage, and when we asked about canceling and getting a refund, the staff were rude and demanded too much personal information that wasn’t needed. There’s a bar right next to reception where people were heavily drunk and shouting, which didn’t feel safe for women traveling. The elevator didn’t work, the hotel was very unhygienic, and the rooms smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. One of the worst hotels. Please don’t book a room here.

Nothing was done about most of the room problems after I complained. They only changed the pillow covers. The sheets were dirty, pillows stained, walls filthy, and the bathroom tap was broken, so the room was completely unhygienic. The receptionist was just as disappointing. I asked about nearby restaurants and whether the hotel had a specialty, and all he said was, “it’s costly.” That rude, dismissive response made the stay feel unwelcoming. Cleanliness and basic customer service both fell short. It wasn’t worth the money or frustration, and I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
