At Gopalpura Bypass, Hotel Rockland and Restaurant was a cosy, very nice place to stay. I had my best experience there. The rooms were clean, service was top notch, and being close to the airport was an added advantage. I'd recommend it to friends.

We spent two days at Hotel Rockland and Restaurant with my family, and the welcome was lovely from the moment we walked in. The staff were courteous and helpful. It was an awesome stay and a great experience overall.

Don't stay here. It was my worst experience, and the staff's behaviour was zero. They showed no dignity.

Mr Anil, the Front Desk manager, was especially humble, professional, and kind, and the staff were very helpful. I had my best experience with the hotel and would give it 5 out of 5 in all aspects of the hotel industry. I'd recommend everyone visit once for an amazing time.

The staff genuinely tried to provide good service, but even that couldn't make up for all the hotel's shortcomings. The restaurant was mediocre at best, with long waits for average food. Breakfast was limited to paratha and bread, something that wasn't mentioned anywhere. The rooms were overpriced, small, unclean, and windowless, which made them feel claustrophobic. Noise made a good night's sleep impossible, and basic items like soap and toiletries took ages to arrive after being requested. The so called "suite room" was cramped and had outdated furniture, nothing like the grand impression of the photos, which seemed likely to be from the hotel's inauguration years ago. Far from a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.
