The rooms were clean and good, and the staff behaved well, but the service was poor. We booked through oyo for 3 adults in one room and were told they’d provide extra mattresses, but none arrived. The power also went out at least 2-3 times, for 30-35 minutes each time. Because of all that, I’m giving it only 3 stars.
We had booked ahead, but the hotel still denied us check-in. The receptionist was rude and said there were no rooms available, telling us to contact Oyo customer support if we had a problem. We called Oyo for an hour and nobody answered. These hotels enrolled with Oyo are terrible and care about money, not their guests. Don’t book this property or waste your time.
The staff were supportive and it’s a nice place, close to the airport but very far from the city. Food isn’t available 24*7, only for a limited time. I don’t know why the room didn’t have a TV, but they put one in the next day after I asked. That was a bit annoying, otherwise everything was good.
The breakfast was included, and for 450 rs the price felt reasonable. I was really pleased with the service and the stay ❤️😊. Thanks to the Oyo team.
The food was tasty and good quality, and the restaurant prices were affordable. There’s a swimming pool nearby too. I’d suggest staying here if you’re visiting Jaipur.
