Casa De Kaku

Mr. Jeetu and the rest of the service team looked after us so well, especially after my wife sprained her leg and we spent much more time at the hotel than planned. The cafe food was great, and the fort view was incredible. There was daytime construction, so it got noisy and dusty, but it didn't bother us much. Really recommend staying here.

The cafe is a highlight, with a stunning view and candlelight in the evenings, often accompanied by traditional Rajesthani music. The cheese naan was especially good, and the service made us feel at home. They also arranged a wonderful desert safari for us and our 4-year-old, with sweet camels and great desert hosts. We first stayed here seven years ago and came back to an even better experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice smell, a very comfortable bed, soft plush towels, and an impeccable toilet with great hot water. After a month travelling around India, this was our best hotel. Thanks for the lovely stay, and see you again!

The entrance was being renovated during our stay, which gave us a bad first impression, and the surrounding area isn't especially attractive. Once past that, the service was truly great. Special thanks to the host Mujif, who patiently handled our requests. The hotel itself has genuinely good rooms, luxury amenities, and beautiful architecture. The restaurant has one of the city's best views, with a brilliant cultural performance in the evening. Food was delectable, with a decent choice of authentic options.

The food was amazing, and the rooms were clean, a good size, tastefully done, cosy, and comfortable. Mujim was especially helpful and the staff were great. The entrance was a shock because it was under renovation, probably as the season was ending. Hopefully by next season the renovated gate will make getting in smooth. Excellent stay.
