The room was very small, and the bedding was in poor shape, with visible stains on the sheets. When we asked for fresh ones, we were told there weren't any and had to keep using the same sheets. No extra bed was provided either, just an extra mattress that was uncomfortable and in very bad condition. The washroom was the worst part: broken taps, dirty buckets, wires hanging down, a loose mirror, and an exhaust fan in very poor condition that seemed unsafe and unhygienic. The shared hot water kettle didn't work properly and had already been used, so it was unusable for us. Food was poorly arranged. Even though we booked in advance, we had to ask what was available. There was no buffet, and food was made only after guests asked. Breakfast was especially disappointing, with no choices, and we had to eat what was prepared. Delays made us late and disrupted our schedule. Getting to the hotel was difficult. Its only real plus was being close to the fort, but there was a lot of unhygienic waste right outside the main gate. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. Cleanliness, bedding, washroom upkeep, and food management all need serious improvement. Families should think twice before booking.

The room was dirty and the washroom had a leak. What was shown on Google didn't match the room we actually got. The staff were unfriendly, and no one gave proper answers. I don't know why there are so many Google reviews, but this was the worst experience I've had on a trip. I won't book here again. Not a family restaurant.

The naan was dry, chewy, and clearly stale, while the chicken was not cooked properly and unpleasant to eat. The laal maans was undercooked too, with raw flavors instead of the rich, authentic taste it's known for. The good ratings may be for the view or accommodation, but the food quality is definitely bad. If you come expecting good food, you'll be disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

The location is very good, close enough to walk to Jaisalmer fort. The rooms are good and the staff very supportive. They helped make my Jaisalmer trip a great one.

From speaking with them at 2:30 a.m. in the morning until the time they were there to help us, the staff gave excellent service, even in the short time we had. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel and appreciated everything they did. It was a great experience, and whenever I visit Jaisalmer in future, this is where I'd like to stay. Thank you so much.
