The terrace view was mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the gardens and trees around the hotel made a lovely scene. The architecture is beautiful and eye-catching. Its central location is convenient for local sightseeing, with Jaisalmer fort and other city sights merely 4-5 kms away. A special thanks to Mr.Harsh Mankotiya, Mr.Ashu, Vimal, Pramod, and all the other staff who made our stay so comfortable. They were welcoming, polite, and hardworking, especially Mr. Harsh, who was very helpful and made things convenient for us. The food was great, with a local touch and great taste. We had a relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful stay.

The rooms had plenty of space, with lovely decor, and the beds were warm and comfortable. We were greeted so warmly, with flower petals falling from above. Such a beautiful hotel, and I’d highly recommend it.

The open spaces had a peaceful feel, and we really liked the food. Hotel Heritage Inn is well kept and, for the facilities it offers, costs less than similar places nearby. The friendly, cooperative staff made us feel at home. It’s a great mix of modern comforts and heritage character, and one of the best hotels in Jaisalmer. I’d recommend it for work trips or holidays.

We were very pleased with the location, the rooms, and the atmosphere. The staff were helpful and cooperative, especially Mr. Asim Mehra, who was friendly and supportive the whole time we were there. Everything was excellent.

The free breakfast was below average, though the food we ordered through room service was very good. Our bathroom was dirty, there was no dental kit or ashtray, and open sewage sat in front of my room, "133". The hotel looks fancy from outside, but nobody at reception helped bring our luggage to the room. When we asked for a lighter or matchbox, they took us to their in-house shopping area and tried to sell me a 10 rupee lighter for 100 rupees.
