I booked Hotel Vrinda Palace, Jaisalmer for two nights, but had to leave after just one because of an urgent situation. Varun still demanded ₹10,000 for both nights, despite my explaining what had happened. There was no willingness to work with me or show basic understanding. The service felt extremely poor and unprofessional, and my experience was very bad. It seemed the owner's focus was on taking money rather than helping guests with genuine problems. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you expect fair treatment or peace of mind. There are better, more honest options in Jaisalmer.

The terrace has a lovely view of the fort, and the market is right next door, which made it easy to get what we needed. Tourist attractions were also nearby, so getting around and exploring the city was convenient. We had an impeccable stay, well suited to a family vacation. Highly recommended.

Arun ji and Varun ji were both great hosts. You can choose from rooms in different sizes to suit your needs. Right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the golden fort, this is a lovely place to stay. Best of luck to team vrinda.

The food quality was very good, and the staff were cooperative. Hotel Vrinda offers excellent service and sits at the foot of Jaisalmer Fort.
