The price is reasonable if you’re trying not to spend much, and it’s fairly easy to reach. There’s no traffic, so parking outside is easy. The rooms weren’t very clean, though they were better than some more expensive hotels. Don’t expect a lift or fancy interiors. There’s a restaurant on the second floor, but I’m not sure the food is good quality. The tea was fine. Service and hospitality were zero. There are no geysers in the rooms. They heat a large water tank, so hot water comes through the taps only in the morning.

The stay was pretty horrific, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone visiting with family. The bedsheet stank, and the water supply was a problem, with the water very dirty. Everything else seemed dirty too, and they served stale food. We had to pay for soap, and there was no shampoo. Even after we asked for shampoo and offered to pay right away, we had to remind the staff several times to bring even one bottle of water. The staff were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. Despite us having already told them our checkout date, they pushed us to leave early. One staff member threatened us and demanded that we check out. They accepted cash only, with no digital payments. They also didn’t recognize my online booking through a platform, which quickly refunded the full amount I’d paid. I’d question the safety of people and their belongings here. They seem capable of throwing anyone out at any time.

I was charged a lot of money at this hotel by a team member, and I feel I was robbed. They direct people in a way that lets them charge extra to go to a desert tent. If you have your own car, I’d suggest driving straight to the tent place instead of dealing with these middlemen. I can’t recommend this hotel. I guess the owner doesn’t care about it. Sonu Bhati is the guide’s name. He runs the hotel there, and he’s bad news. He charged huge amounts for a tent house. I won’t go back, and I’d tell people not to support this kind of conduct.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock at night with our family, only to be told they were booking packages, not rooms. Someone had brought us there by saying rooms were available. It felt like a fraud, with people trying to do business by misleading us and giving us false information.
