Fresh linens, toiletries, and dependable AC made the meeting comfortable. The ballrooms were spotless, and even the washrooms smelled fresh and were kept up well. A hassle-free experience, would recommend.

I stayed the night of the 12th, and breakfast still hadn't arrived on the 13th after I called the counter several times. I was eventually told to come down to the ground floor myself. Once there, I learned breakfast was served only until 10:30 am, something nobody had mentioned. Very poor service.

I didn't feel secure knowing that a few key cards could open every room, like master keys. There was no water in my room either, and the breakfast wasn't good for the prices they charge.

The rooms weren't in very good condition, the food wasn't good, and the staff weren't cooperative. Third class service.

Very poor service here. The A1 society guard was misbehaving with customers. I wouldn't visit this hotel again.
