The owner is nice, but the morning receptionist and staff made this my worst experience ever. The receptionist had no idea how to speak to customers. You have to call for everything, even towels and bedsheets. The washroom was bad, and the geyser wasn’t working.
I booked through OYO, and the room at the hotel was completely different from what the OYO site showed. It was so small it felt like a jail. The bathroom was dirty, and the bed and blanket were very unhygienic. The staff behaved poorly too. This hotel is very low quality.
The staff and owner were very rude, and the place didn’t feel safe at all. The curtains weren’t proper either. It’s a dirty hotel set far back from the road, and not worth the money.
Getting luggage in and out is a problem, and the hotel is far inside from the main road. The washroom was very dirty, there was no water, and there was no soap or wash. Service wasn’t good either. They wanted five stars for OYO and entered the rating on our phone themselves.
The rooms were clean, and the food was hygienic every time. It’s very pocket-friendly, so I’d choose this hotel again.
