I went to the hotel recently, and the owner spoke rudely to me. He asked me to pay extra charges or leave. Imagine being told that at midnight. I didn't get any help from Oyo either. Please avoid this hotel.

Booking through Oyo didn't stop them from asking for extra money. The owner was really rude too. This is the worst hotel and service in Jalandhar. Please report it and don't book a room here.

This was the worst hotel. The receptionist had no manners and didn't know how to speak properly. Many rooms don't have an attached washroom. I paid for the facilities I booked, so why was I supposed to change rooms? I booked an AC room through Oyo for Rs 590 after a discount, but the receptionist said I would get a fan room. Hahahahah.
