Four A Lords Resort Jammu

The road to the resort felt very shady and unsafe. Google Maps didn’t show the exact location, and the network kept fluctuating, which made finding the place stressful and unreliable. I stayed four nights, and as someone who travels often for work and leisure, this was my worst hospitality experience so far. For the first time, I accidentally left personal belongings behind, and the hotel showed no consideration or responsibility. My repeated requests for the team to check or help locate the expensive item weren’t even acknowledged. Hospitality depends on trust and service, and this resort failed at both. If a company can’t trust or manage its own employees, it’s hard to see how guests can trust them with their stay and belongings. The stay wasn’t worth it for safety, convenience, or hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic professionalism or guest care.

We came to celebrate our 10th anniversary with our 8 yr old son and 2 mnth old son, squeezing it in around a hectic schedule at home. Now we feel we made a mistake. We had to call several times before the food and coffee arrived, and staff said the boys had forgotten because they were busy serving others, as if we were staying for free. The loud music on top of that is making our vacation even worse.

I was there for a marriage dinner. There’s lots of room inside and plenty of parking.

The food isn’t good, though it’s a good place for a family gathering.
