The only good thing is how close it is to Jammu Tawi Railway Station. The owner advertises this as a 5-star hotel, which is completely wrong. It’s a 2-star property at best. The blankets were filthy, and the staff were very rude. There was no sense of welcome.

The room service food tasted good, and the staff were polite and cordial. There’s some parking space out front. I spent one night here during my All India Road Trip. I don’t know Jammu well enough to say if this is a prime area, though it’s close to Jammu Tawi railway station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel seems old, including the lift and rooms, but everything looked clean and maintained. My room was huge and had all the necessary amenities. A good option for staying in Jammu.
