Lemon Tree Hotel Jammu

The service here was the worst I've come across in all my hotel travels, and the staff seemed confused and indifferent. At the main entrance, they only opened the door or helped with bags if they thought you might tip. Otherwise, you were left dragging your luggage from reception to your room. The service was very poor, with no professionalism. There are lots of things wrong with this place, but I won't go into all of them here. It's not my job to save their business, and I don't see why I should care. If management wants to know why I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, they can reach out and I'll explain. For anyone considering it, I'd look at Anutham, KC residency, Lords inn, or one of the other good hotels in the city. Consider somewhere else if the price difference isn't large. This room isn't worth more than ₹2500.

Ashish, the Front Office Manager, sorted out a room issue promptly and calmly, so it was resolved without stress. I also appreciated how Sourav kept checking in and making sure I wouldn't go to bed hungry. Saima served me several times, always with the same smile and positive energy, and Chef Mana personally took care of my breakfast needs. Her warmth and attention to detail made breakfast something I looked forward to. The people are what made my stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Jammu stand out and exceed my expectations. The team is friendly, culturally aware, and welcoming, which makes the property a good base for business travelers, tourists, and international visitors exploring Jammu's culture, food, and surroundings. Hospitality comes down to people as much as rooms, and this team understands that. Highly recommended.

The security team were humble, polite, and professional, and made us feel welcome and safe. At reception, the lady whose name I didn't catch handled everything smoothly and was courteous and helpful. My stay was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were cooperative and ready to help. I'd recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.
