The staff made us feel welcome, and Ajaz was especially good at communicating with customers. He also helped with food suggestions. The ambience is amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was marvelous. I’m happy to have a hotel like this in Jamnagar. Visit once.

The food was nice, and everything was served in a disciplined way. One thing to fix: the drinking glasses are left uncovered on the tables. They should have lids so airborne dirt doesn’t get in. Please change this or advise the staff. Thanks, see you soon.

The hotel is clean, well run, and has very good staff, but the promotional photos don’t accurately represent it. Its heritage character is mostly limited to the facade and a small wooden staircase, both hemmed in by new development. I booked a deluxe single and was disappointed to find it had no window. The second room I was shown had a window at the back, but it was only a foot or two from the new hotel going up there, so very little light came in. I reluctantly paid a lot more for an Imperial Suite. It was luxurious, but brand new and hardly heritage. Even the 360 degree restaurant doesn’t have a 360 degree view, which tells you a lot about the hotel.

We had a very good experience dining and staying as a family. The food was hygienic and tasted great, especially the Punjabi dishes. Service was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. A very good choice for food lovers.

Every dish at Hotel Aaram was fresh and full of flavor. The staff were attentive, and the service ran smoothly throughout our visit. Great food and hospitality together like this is rare. Highly recommended.
