The rooms were dirty, with lint all over the cushion covers and blanket covers, and the toilets and bathrooms were dirty too. The person at reception was very rude. Some friends also had electricity trouble, with a power cut lasting more than 8 hours and no convenient way to charge their phones. One of the most inconvenient hotels in Jamnagar.
I stayed at hotel Chetna during a January 2026 trip to Jamnagar for birding. The location was convenient, the service prompt, and I was given a spacious, clean room.
The service was very bad, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The staff’s behavior was extremely poor. They have no sense of how to speak to customers. Very, very bad. Never visit this place.
There’s good safety here: if someone visits your room, reception calls to confirm before allowing them in. The place is neat and clean, room service is very good, and the staff are polite.
