The rooms are in the basement and feel cramped. Mobile network doesn't work in them, though AC rooms and WiFi are available. Food isn't readily available, and the staff could be more helpful and professional. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it may do. The budget is okay.

My senior colleague had a room booked here and arrived late. When I stayed with him until 11 pm, one of the only two staff members kept saying they needed to lock the gate and go to sleep, in a very discourteous tone. Earlier he'd asked, “Can't you get through on the phone?” in the same manner. The rooms feel claustrophobic, and there's no mobile signal. It's an illegal structure built in a basement, with only one exit, so I think you'd surely die in a fire. Make your own decision.

The owner is cooperative, but you have to carry your own luggage because there's no porter. The guest house is in a basement with no mobile signal, and there's no restaurant inside. You might be able to get food if you ask the owner for help. There isn't a cheap restaurant nearby, only THE HOST, which is extremely costly. At check-in, you'll get a towel, a bottle of water, and soap. Rooms have a bed, fan or AC, table, chair, mirror, and TV. The toilet is Western style, and there's a geyser. The blanket, bedsheet, and pillow felt a little itchy, I guess. Check before you go.

It's underground near Hyundai Showroom in Bistupur. The rooms are decent, with AC in all of them, and the bathrooms were neat and clean. The receptionists were friendly too.
