The rooms aren't worth even Rs 500, and the place is totally unhygienic with very poor service. The receptionist was awful too. They have stopped taking prepaid bookings, and they could ask you to check out at any time. Not recommended for families. A Dharamshala is far better, so avoid this hotel.
I knocked for over 20 minutes, but got no response. The main door was locked from outside and the doorbell wasn't working, so I eventually went back and checked into another hotel. The quality and service were pathetic. This matches my recent experiences booking through OYO, where what they show during booking and what you find in reality can be very different.
One of my family members stayed here and had a terrible experience, so I can't recommend it to families. The staff and receptionist behaved like idiots. A roadside lodge would be better. Find another option.
A really awful hotel, with unprofessional staff and service from OYO Room, or sorry, Fraud Room. OYO Room ought to be renamed Fraud Room, since only a fraud would partner with a fraud. They keep asking for extra charges with one excuse after another. Even with all this nonsense and the bad reviews, OYO is still partnered with this place.
The room was clean but much too small. Staff behaviour was excellent.
